Terra Nova Tests

posted Feb 26, 2013, 1:27 PM by Unknown user   [ updated Feb 26, 2013, 1:27 PM ]

The Terra Nova tests begin this Monday, March 4th and will continue through Friday, March 14th. These tests are taken by grade students across the nation. Each class takes tests in various subject areas, such as Reading and Math. The tests attempt to measure student learning.

It is important that your child does his/her very best on the Terra Nova tests. The tests are long and tiring. Therefore, we ask that you make a special effort to get your child to bed early so that he/she is well rested for the next morning's tests. Hunger can be a big distraction during testing time, so please make sure that your child eats a full breakfast at home or comes to school early for the breakfast program.
