On Wednesday, October 14, Ms. Avvisati's kindergarten class went to the Chicago Children's Museum with students from St. Ignatius College Prep. Ms. Avvisati shared the events of this exciting day:

Each kindergarten child was paired up with a teacher and high schooler and we explored the museum together. We built skyscrapers, played at the giant water table, dug for dinosaur bones, and explored Kids Town. Kids Town was a class favorite with a bus station, car wash, house, and supermarket! We also climbed the ropes in the tree house and went fishing. On the way out, we scaled through a ship that was a story high. We were so brave! We had a great time at the Chicago Children's Museum.
